Customize your Skype E-mail Toolbar

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
  2. In the toolbar, click the down arrow button next to the Skype icon.
  3. Select Options.
  4. Click Customize on the right pane.
  5. Depending on what you want to customize on your toolbar, you can do one of the following:
    • If you want to show only those standard Skype options on your toolbar, click Skype Default, All or Upon clicking, a separate window will appear that shows a preview of the options on the customized toolbar you have selected.
    • Drag any buttons off the preview of the displayed toolbar. When you drag a button off the preview, an X icon will appear.
    • From there, you can drag any options that you want to add as buttons in your toolbar.
  6. After selecting the options for your toolbar in the preview, click OK to save your customization.
